The Rev. Richard Meadows started his ministry at The Church of St. Michael and All Angels in September, 2017. Richard was born in Buffalo, NY; Baptised and Confirmed at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church under Father Kenneth S. Curry. Father Meadows, a native of Western New York, began ordained ministry in The Episcopal Church USA in 2011. He has served as assistant parish priest, St. Martin’s, Williamsbug, VA, Rector of The Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist, Orlando, FL and St. Luke, New Haven CT. He is an alumnus of Hampton University, Simmons School of Mortuary Science, Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology - Virginia Union University (M.Div) and Post Graduate studies in Pastoral Care and Counseling, Tidewater Pastoral Services; Anglican Studies, Virginia Theological Seminary, Alexandria VA and completed five units of Clinical Pastoral Education with Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. As Priest-in-Charge, Father Meadows serves as priest and pastor of the 140+ year-old parish in Old Goucher community. In accepting the call, Fr. Meadows noted: “My task as Priest-in-Charge is primarily to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, to guide people into a deeper relationship with God, and to help all realize that, like Christ, we are called to serve and not to be served. Richard has a tremendous passion for God coupled with a love for God’s people. He has a contagious spirit of joy and generosity that overflows through every facet of his ministry. He currently is the Priest in Charge for The Historic St. James in West Baltimore as part of a new Two Churches - One Burden initiative of the Diocese of Maryland. Richard is married to Linda Mose Meadows, father to Torriano, Courtney+, Michael, Mary, Taylor and Jaycina. He loves, the beach and flying kites.

Reverend Nathaniel J. Gibson, II
Nathaniel was ordained a Deacon on June 13, 2021 and was assigned as the Deacon for The Episcopal Church of St. Michael & All Angels in Baltimore, Maryland. Before becoming a minister in the Episcopal Church, he was the Principal of Milford Mill Academy in the Baltimore County School System from where he retired in 2015. Prior to Milford, he served as a principal in the Anne Arundel County School System, an Assistant Principal in the Baltimore City School System and a Special Education Teacher/Department Chair in the Howard County School System. He proudly served as an Army Officer until his retirement as a Field Grade Officer in 1992. His Passion is to serve, with a focus on the poor and homeless and LGBTQ communities that are on the doorsteps of St. Michael and All Angels.
